Manufacturing will take 7 – 10 business days.

• Sydney Metro: orders are usually available the following day after manufacture.
• NSW: Please allow 3 – 5 business days for delivery after manufacturing

Delivery time is dependent on your location, however, your order will generally be dispatched within a few days of completed manufacture. A member of our friendly team will contact you to discuss a delivery date once your order is packed and ready to ship.

We offer a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all structural elements of your patio.

Yes! If you love the look of one of our patio kits but need something a little bigger, smaller or just want to see if we can offer a different colour – please complete one of our custom quote request forms and we will do our very best to accommodate your needs. Fans and downlights can be easily installed into our patio systems. If you’re looking to install a fan to your SelfBuild roof, you will need a fan fixing plate. See our Fan Fixing Plate Guide for details. Likewise, we have a helpful guide that details how to install downlights.

Any electrical work must be completed by a qualified electrician.

Yes! We are happy to provide you with an engineering certificate once your order is confirmed.

Our SelfBuild Patio System comes with all panels, beams, posts, gutters, flashings and fasteners required for your project. The $50 Bunnings voucher included in the welcome pack is designed to cover the cost of any additional items required such as dynabolts or concrete, for example.

You will also need basic tools such as a drill, ladder, measuring tape, level,
and safety gear. A circular saw may be required for some adjustments.

Yes, all structural elements of our patios are manufactured and packed in our purpose-built facility in Sydney’s South West.

Because our SelfBuild patio kits are made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind once production has started. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders cancelled before manufacturing begins may be fully or partially refunded, less any administrative or transaction fees.
