Our kits are supplied with all materials including:

• Roof Screws, Tek screws and rivets

• NSW: Please allow 3 – 5 business days for delivery after manufacturing

Please note the following when selecting the size of your kit:

• Length – this will be the length of the panels supplied, and therefore distance your patio will extend from your house
• Width – this refers to the width across the house. Our Versalink Plus panels are 1100mm wide, therefore the width of your patio will increase in increments of 1100mm.

The above lengths and width refer to the size of the panels only and do not take into account items such as side barge caps, gutters, skylights or LED Light strips.

Therefore, make sure to allow for the following when sizing your structure:

• Side Barges – make sure there is clearance on either side of the structure to install side barges. Side barges won’t necessarily add much in the way of width, however, will require space for installation.
• Gutters – Gutters will add an additional 150mm to the overall length of the structure.
• Skylights – each skylight will add 150mm to the overall width of the structure
• LED Light Strips – Each led strip light will add 65mm.
