Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Selfbuild. Below is our shipping information for all Patio Kits purchased through our online store.
Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment has been received and details have been checked during your order confirmation call. Your Selfbuild patio is made to order. Standard manufacturing lead time is 7 – 10 business days. You will be contacted by our team to discuss a suitable date for delivery once your order is packed and ready to ship
Delivery Areas
We deliver to most locations in Eastern NSW as well as many regional centres in NSW. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Deliveries to regional or remote areas may attract additional costs or longer lead times. If this applies, our team will confirm delivery charges during your order confirmation call.
Delivery Method
Your Selfbuild patio will be delivered on one of our crane trucks, and due to the size and weight of panels and components, standard delivery is to the kerbside/front of property only. Drivers are unable to hand unload, carry items into your backyard, or through restricted access areas. All goods will be left unattended at the delivery address if no one is available to sign for them. Please be aware that we do not hold responsibility for any loss or damage to the goods under these circumstances.
Access Requirements
To ensure smooth delivery, during your order confirmation call please advise us of:
- Narrow streets, busy main roads, or areas with parking restrictions.
- Low hanging power lines, trees, dirt roads or tight roads that may limit truck access.
If delivery is not possible due to access restrictions, re-delivery fees may apply.
Click & Collect (Warehouse Pickup)
Collection is available from our warehouse in Casula, NSW by prior arrangement. Customers organising their own transport are responsible for ensuring safe and suitable loading. We cannot be held liable for any damage once your Selfbuild patio has left our facility.
Damages in Transit
All kits are inspected before dispatch. Please check your order upon delivery. If your kit arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Changes & Cancellations
Changes to delivery addresses must be made before dispatch. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has begun cancellation may not be possible, and cancellation charges will apply.
Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch)
- Metro Areas: 3–7 business days
- Regional Areas: 7–14 business days
- Remote Locations: up to 21 business days
